hello!
does someone know if it is possible to avoid the very short pause between 2 songs during playback?
even if i use the next song option in the song mode it's still there.
when i have 2 songs in the same tempo, i would like to be able to align them in time, without rhythmic "hesitation". is that possible?
(otherwise it's a bit annoying when you play in a club...)
cheers

I don't think it's designed to be played in song mode at the club... practice playing with patterns it has a lot more potential. You have much more control and you don't have to worry about the song running out. _________________

thanks for the reply.
yes, i also mostly use the pattern mode for playing live, but for a couple of tracks on which i play keyboard at the same time, i would prefer song mode.
i had thought that as it even has this "next song" option, this would work properly. in the manual it says "playing back songs in succession"...
does anyone have a solution in song mode to avoid the hesitating pause between the songs?
(by the way i am talking about the esx-1, forgot to mention it...)
all the best, paul |

sorry to keep trying to change your mind but I would go into pattern mode but I would sequence the whole shebang from ableton live.
It's a bit of a pain in the butt to get used to but you can get cool stuff going with this trick.
And I don't know the answer to your question so this is my best solution _________________

thanks!
yes, i guess you are right. i think if i partly use the song mode, i will figure out transition loops coming from another source... and maybe switch entirely to pattern sets when i get sick of it
cheers,
