|
|
Hi I apologise in advance if this seems like a really stupid question but can anyone help me with patching the Mod Wheel to control the Vibrato please I'm really struggling with this for some reason?
I can patch the pitch to the mod wheel but its not the /\ wave to oscillator vibrato effect I'm wanting. If this has been asked countless times before I'm sorry I just can't seem to do it. Sure I can twist the knob Freq Mod an do it that way but its not as good for live performance (at least not for me). |

1. Take the Mod Wheel Output and plug it in the VCA Control Input.
2. Take the MG Triangle output and plug it in the VCA Input.
3. Take the VCA Output and plug it in the Freq Input.
4. Set the MG Waveform control to center (Triangle).
5. Set the MG Frequency control to 4.
6. Raise the EG1/EXT knob on Frequency Modulation (below the Mixer section) to about 1.5.
6. Play with the Mod Wheel for Vibrato.
The video below shows the patching and settings - 11:40
(sorry, in portuguese. This was a tutorial I've made for Korg Brazil).
