Charles, you are on fire man!! This technique is really cool and this video immediately made like a dozen other ideas pop into my head. Thanks so much for this!

As someone who occasionally makes tutorial style videos I can tell you a lot of work goes into them. Since Charles doesn’t really make a point of asking people to join his Patreon, and you might even miss that he has one, I will. I’d encourage you to support him this way if you’re able.

I wonder if this will work on the Kross. I may have to give this a shot.
One of the limitations of the Kross is the use of Reverb/Delay/etc... in the EFX. There are certain combinations that do not work with the EFX engine on the Kross. I could see a simulated Reverb type thing like this allowing users to 'expand' their EFX possibilities.
Your effect also reminds me of the older Yamaha keyboards in the 80's that simulated sustain/reverb on their sounds. It is very similar...
