I find some of the decay lengths on the Grandstage piano patches a bit too short. Is there a way of adjusting the decay time? _________________ Korg Grandstage 73

Is this on key release, or during key down?

I checked the Grandstage manual. I do not find a way to modify decay rate or sustain levels. I think you're stuck with the amplitude envelope of the piano samples as they are. You could add more reverb. Or you could add an external effect like a compressor to "make the loud sounds softer and the soft sounds louder" which could work, but it would also color the sound.
The manual does mention Sound Parameters 1-4 which are specific in what they do for each particular program. You might try adjusting those on the piano programs to see what they do. _________________ bpoodoo
