Re: midi & smpte
... Mostly, smaller projects are now done by giving you a video file that plays in your DAW (Cubase, ProTools, Logic) ...you simply slave it to MTC from your Software via a USB Midi Interface. That connects the software to your midi ports on the O. A conventional MIDI cable would do the same thing ...

Old Veteran updating his sound.
Hello I'm Rob Wallace I am a veterean of MIDI but a total newbie to OASYS and [cubase4 - off topic - sorry] I write music for film and decided to upgrade my sound since all my stuff since the OASYS sounded like Henry Mancini. I'm rebuilding my website too: http://robwallace.net I'm so glad this ...

So I am hearing from you that the Korg can become an external device controlled by Cubase and that the keyboard and instruments are as well. The time code on the movie will capture the MIDI and (maybe?) audio data in sync with the movie's timecode. When the audio track is completed I guess I export ...

Can you please send me the URL for the PDF? This will be helpful. Is it the little manual or the big one or both?pandel wrote:Ok, index would have been nice and I'm always voting for a print version of the manuals but in this case it's really good to have the pdf! You can easily search through it.
Thanks

Instrument Definitions for PC Cubase
I looked at the resource list provided by DAZ and couldn't locate the download. I'll bet this question has been asked before; so, I hope someone can point me to the latest download.
Appreciate the help.

Keyboard Touch adjustment?
NooBee
Is there a way to adjust the keyboard touch so that when a key is struck lightly, mostly on keyboards, it sounds soft but when a medium touch is applied the dynamic goes right to loud.
Any in between?
I would like to know how to find the screen so I can adjust.
