KARO KSB Strings & Brass

Post by medusaland »

Hi Oasyan`s,

KARO presents a new PCG file with the title KSB!

"KARO KSB Strings & Brass"

A prerequisite for this is, of course, our PCG KPS 3.1 CD and the EXs3 extension of Korg.

There are 64 new Combis available at the user Bank G.

We created beautiful Combis with the KPS Strings and the EXs3 Brass.

KARO KSB is from 4 Jan. at our Webpage available :-)

Best Regards,

KARO Sound Development

I know - I'm a little behind in this.
But I received KSB yesterday and could play around with it today. KSB is a definite recommendation for every Brass/Woodwind-EXs-Owner who has Karo Philharmonic Strings as well. The 64 additional Combis sound very nice - my favourites are the full/large orchestra sounds.
Of course these new Combis rely heavily on Korgs Brass EXs. But there is a significant difference to their orchestral use once you combine them with the KPS-stringsamples. Provided you have some feeling for orchestral playing this is great fun AND great sound-quality. :D
PS: I don't think you have this saying in English - but translating directly from German to English I have to add "Orchestral KSB-sounds have a real goose-bumps-factor"!
