Interesting. I bought myself (used) already with converter (previous user worked with it this way) and never tried running w/o it, nor I will ever try (why?). FYI, it says 110V on the cover too, but when I had it opened, the familiar electronics engineer said at first glance this is a versatile power supply.

As repeated again and again : the Trinity and Tritons (and for sure the others) do have an unversal power supply, even if it is only mentioned the "local" voltage, for legal matters.

My friend got me Ex76 from USA.
It had 110v written in it.
But i am using it (in Bahrain) directly into 220v, works well.
No probs.

Korg USA confirmed this to me.
So don't bother about the sticker you have,

Or just buy a US cable when you get there
Don't buy one. These are the same cords as used on all newer computer monitors, etc. here in the States. Find some techie who works in desktop support and he or she will pay you to take a couple of these off their hands.

Or, send a couple bucks to me (to cover postage) and I'll mail you one when you get here.

to the brothers here still using the transformer:

TX has a universal power supply inbuilt.

i am using a triton extreme imported from japan and i live in singapore.

the sticker on the extreme says 100 v but the voltage here is 230v.

i emailed korg Japan with the help of a kind japanese frend and korg japan replied the the sticker is mandatory but i can use it without a transformer cos of the universal thingy.

i was like some of u guys, unconvinced, so i tried with the transformer. it worked.

then I TRIED WITHOUT THE TRANSFORMER, it works till todae for me:)
