Arpeggiator stuck on and to 1 synth part

Has anyone ever experienced this? I turn on my EMX and the arpeggiator seems stuck on 1 synth part - it just plays continually even if everything is off.

Any pointers, even to a repair center who can fix it, would be appreciated.

im a noob so cannot offer in depth help (yet), but my first thought is have you tried a factory reset?

Yeah, sure did - I bought new one this time instead of the used one I bought on Craigslist!!

Sorry I can't be of more help. I did find a local tech I may take the old one to - will keep you apprised...

Having this issue now. EMX must know I'm buying volcas today!! However, it did actually occur in the past and I'm wondering if it is temperature related. Seems it started when the weather changed, then it warmed up, now cold again and it came back. Any thought on this?
