It looks as though they have been taken down!!!
I wrote a couple of apps for Windows XP that get round the problem. They can be downloaded free from here. http://www.englishhermit.net/kaosspro.html. There are several octave ranges so the MIDI-OX map files usefulness is quite limited.
To be honest, I've not used them much. The Ko-Pro is pretty limited as a MIDI instrument - it wasn't designed as such.

That's right! I also spent a lot of time to build a note-CC-mapping-vst-plugin, but it was't worth the time because one problem is always there:
the KPro is monophone ! - so you never can play chords and you always have the problem when playing fast notes that they overlap and you have hanging notes, latency-time and so on...
Believe me: The only real fun is to play on the XY-Pad !!!
They should have implemented midi-note-in and -out-functionality by linking it direct to the synth-engine of the KPro. Then you could have even played it polyphone (Chords!).
I hope for the KPro2!
