Something stupid with I have noticed Yamaha MoX

Post by chilly7 »

Did anybody noticed, that thouse videos http://www.yamahasynth.com/products/syn ... ies-anchor of Yamaha MOX were maby long time ago befor Yamaha Motif XF was unocented?
thay are not new !!!
Thay are from 2010 year !!!

Well what does it mean?
It means that Yamaha MOX was made befor Motif Xf and thay did not relise it until now....

why?

I don't know

Well there might be alot of resons why thay did not relise it for so long time, but at my opinion Yamaha plaies again their dirty game, in order to get as much money as possible or maby thay canceled their plans about MOX long time ago even thought it was almost finished but now thay have reilized that Motif XF is fail, so thay wanted to get some money befor Yamaha will come up with their new Worktation on Winter Namm 1012 ?

p.s. anyway in conclusion I can say that at Yamaha marketing department is telling what to do to music ingeniers not music ingeniers tell marketing department what should be done...

My 2 cents....Yamaha has gotten caught rotten with their trousers around their ankles on a number of levels when they don't really have any hot irons in the fire..... if you know what I mean.

The KORG M3 V2 Expanded, OASYS and now KRONOS are hard to beat. When KORG are releasing new Tech, Yamaha are still milking the same Motif cow.

With the KRONOS now priced far less than the OASYS, Yamaha must be worried about that and have already locked staff in the R&D labs. No harm too I say. Stiff competition only benefits us.

Regards
Sharp.

The display screen on the MoX6 is so outdated. Looks like it's from the old Motif ES.

Yamaha anocents Motif Xf in in a new way Russia: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WEqsjJP0z-g

Because after Korg Kronos, the normal marketing tactic by Yamaha has failed because thay could not sell a singel unit there and how to convince people to buy outdated sample playback engine, so thay had to come up with something differnt ; I mean not the keyboard but with selle and promotions.
