I uploaded new photos, because i did some changes... i didnt want to have screws from outside, so i fix sides from inside so wooden boards look without screws....

on second picture u could see how one wooden board whould look like...

od 4 and 5 u could see where u should adjust ur custom wooden boards....

6th picture shows how much space we saved with this operation

7 and 8th shows right side of keyboard, and that is area whr u have to be most carefull.. u have to put out right metal holder, and to cut off lower part of holder, and upper parts can be fixed with the hammer (or convincer, what is other name for that tool here  )
and on picture 13 u can see how right side should looks... and be carefull for that screw in lower right corner, it should be very short, or else u will not be able to close ur keyboard...
15 and 16 also shows what can u save if u do this, money and space...

neverkorgagain,

You are a creative person. Your mods looks very nice to me. Seems like you are going to keep you keyboard for a long time. Maybe that is why your name indicates you're never buying a Korg again. lol

thats looks really professionally done. Well done sir. i have the PA1X sio i could not do that. However is it possible to fit even better internal speakers in the PA1X to boost the sound even more ?

that would be an incredible modification.

Thanx guys, its easyer to transport pa1xpro in a car, and also looks better on stage :D . i recomend this to all pa1xpro owners.

@ worth i dont now for speakers. u mean on ordinary 5 oct pa1x? If im right, u could fit only that kind of speaker which match with his power amp. I would not recomend that kind of experiment, because engineers are designed power in pa1x so u could have problems if u put unadequate components.

Beauty, nka! =D> Set yourself up right and I reckon you could start churning these out in kit form for various Korg models. A few bob to be made, maybe.

Looks great. I'm surprised you didn't go ahead with the USB floppy emulator - might be the icing on the cake so to speak. Very impressed with the new look.
