m3 sounds that I have not found in Kronos

Post by afr »

Today I went to test in depth the Kronos for the future purchase.

Trying different programs in different categories seemed not to find the same woodwinds sounds of my m3 with the EXB-PCM 1 and 2

For example, I did not find the same beautiful horns that are on the m3 or clarinet trill or several fall sounds for brass.

It may be that they have not integrated the EXB-PCM? or, samples are
stored in memory anyway but not used?

tnx a lot

On the Kronos some of the wood/brass samples are not downloaded by default. I think they are in sample set 3 (EX3?) ... they can be loaded from the SSD if you disable some other sample set (too less RAM to hold them all).
