I understand your question to mean, Can you switch from one program memory to another? Assuming that's correct:
Unless I'm misreading page 21 of the manual, no you cannot. The 8 bank buttons do not have MIDI CC numbers assigned to them.

Oh my god... Im Flutist! Im death if i cant switch from one program memory to another!
But, if I have a Pedal that send Control change? i thinks thats what Im need. Don't I?

Sorry, the eight Program Change buttons don't respond to MIDI Change Control (CC) messages.
The Program Change knob does, for a range of numbers between 0 and 127. If you can get your foot pedal to stop at the exact number you want (while simultaneously playing the flute), you might be able to make it work, but I suspect that an effects pedal may be more suited to your needs.

Yes I have similar pedal. I can change for example. Filter 1,2,3,4... rub 1,2,3,, and etc.. but If I cant't change the progam memory...
