new video with "THE NEW TOY"

here is my new video with the K61, I did it all and shot it in the same day, so... it could be a little "untidy", but you get the idea...
ALL sounds come from the kronos, and I did it all in the sequencer

are you triggering sounds from the Kronos with that weighted controller? sounds like it, but I'm not 100% sure...

thanks to everyone, guys. I'm really happy with all your feedback.
a couple of answers:
to zzz, you're right, this ISN'T my first Korg instrument, as a matter of fact, I have NEVER used anything else rather than Korg, my list includes the x5d, the x50, the tr76, the sp250 (piano), the m50 88 (recently sold), the R3 (also recently sold) and the m50 61 (which I still own)...
what can I say... I'm a huge Korg fan!
to apex: YES, EVERYTHING comes from the Kronos, and I'm using a Casio Privia px330 as my main piano these days. it's got a tremendous key action, the main reason why I got the K61 and not the 88...

Sorry I react a bit late ... but I cannot watch videos at work lol.
However: I'm glad I saw this ... great video and espeically great technique.
I think you can make good use of a Kronos.

thanks michel, I'll try to keep them coming more often... I've never been a sequencer kind of guy, always working in the DAW (sonar 8.3.1) with ezdrummer.
I think for probably more "serious" stuff I'll keep using those drums, but felt tempted to see what it would be like to do everything inside the kronos, and maybe some day even do some solo live shows... who knows...?

Congratulations verchis!!
i have a question..
For long time i've considered of buying kronos 88, but the rh3 problem still haunting me... Is casio privia a good controller??? because if it does really good, i might as well bought kronos 61 with casio privia px330... Thx, and have a good time with your kronos!

well... that was the question... I've owned rh3 keyboards twice before: the sp250 (digital piano) and the m50 88 (workstation). I have to say that although they felt great at first, some time later (and many key bashings later) they started feeling sort of wobbly and "lazy", as if you couldn't repeat notes fast on them, etc. it's a bit hard to explain, but I wasn't really happy with the action. I did, however, find it bearable and playable to a great extent, but I knew there were FAR better keybed actions out there (such as yamaha or roland)For long time i've considered of buying kronos 88, but the rh3 problem still haunting me... incidentally, I had bought the px330 just to have as a piano, for studying Classical music and to practice, but then, after reading SO MUCH about people having to replace the keybeds of a BRAND NEW synth, and the fact that the K88 weighs around 23kgs, and the space, etc etc etc, those things led me to just go for the 61 version and use the privia as its main controller. if my privia ever fails, then I can get a different/better midi controller or digital piano to replace it and retain the Kronos in (hopefully) good shape!
I hope this helps...
