hmm, i'm pretty sure i saw your profile on Composers forum few days ago. You said you're an internationally known composer?and a sound engineer? and a mastering engineer? Unless you manage to Mix and Master both songs in 1 hour, this is an awefully cheap and impossible deal especially for someone like you.

By the way, you have committed one of the "Deadly Sins".

mastering music today is getting really condensed
considering almost every kid now, with laptop, and m-audio speakers,
some dodgy 'dem waves' plugins - are a superduper dj/producer/mixing&mastering engineer - artist trying to get their music master by professional mastering studio end up often in hands of a self-made wannabe engineer
that's one, when want to avoid it, needs to do some research and consider a few things every professional mastering studio should have:

1. mastering engineer portfolio/bio + clients testimonials, audio samples
2. some photos of their equipment, placed in acoustically treated room
3. a free sample preview - to judge mastering guy abilities and skills

When it comes to mastering of course there will be a range of pricing to choose from. Most important as well as budget is to ensure you can develop a good and long term relationship with your mastering engineer.

As Mike Molloy says having a lot of experience and a verifiable client list is a very important criteria.
