Kaossilator pro+ no sound

Hello everyone,

I've bought a korg kaossilator pro+, but I've a problem.
When I touch the screen, I don't hear any sound, no matter what I try.

I've connect the kaossilator to my headphone, to a amplifier, I've used different cables. I've adjust the volume, but I still doesn't hear anything.

I don't use the line in and line out, only the exit to my headphone.

I hope somebody can help me

Have you turned up both the program volume and phones volume knobs?

and check each track by hitting shift and the track to make sure they are not turned all the way down

The volume is on the maximum at the program and the phone knob.
I've also tried to push the shift button, but that didn't make a difference.

I've send a mail to the shop to ask for a new kaossilator.
