The phone output on my new Kross 61 is really low. With other Korgs I've owned (microstation and microkorg) the headphone output is such that about half volume produces a very acceptable signal. On the kross, full volume is barely adequate
What's anyone else's experience?
Thanks

Bad news re Kross
Bad news indeed, the poor headphone output. I have a good small battery-operated "headphone amplifier" from an on-line company, Headroom.
Sometimes a different set of headphones might improve it a little?
The same day mine arrives I will reply to your thread. It's not a "deal-breaker" for me but nevertheless it's unfortunate.

I was wondering same thing?
Low headphone output would be common if tested while run only by battery power?

Earphones OK
Hey I experimented with some different earphones and it's very acceptable. I must have had a bad set.
The next pair I tried (fairly inexpensive ones) worked just fine!
