Please help.... some time ( C E & G#) note mute and hang

Please help.... some time ( C E & G#) note mute and hang

Kronos problem. When I Playing my kronos in any mode like Program, Combi, Siqen, SET LIST some time C E G# notes of all octave are mute and hanging. After two time change from that position (Ex-Comb A1 to 1st A2 2nd-A3 or any other mode) hang sound is stopping. Except C E G# note all note are playing normaly. When I leave it for 20 minute with out touching or restart keybord its playing normally. Please help I am totally disappointed.
