Got mine installed. The Rickenbacker bass is one of my favs so far. 5.5 hrs to install and patch the whole bundle.

Getting impatient already. I didn't realise when I ordered that it said out of stock - expected 4 to 8 weeks!

It's going to be awesome regardless. Maybe even a surprise once I've forgotten about it by the time it arrives

I noticed Guitar Rig 5 is for more than just guitars.....Some of the preset categories are for drums, leads, vocals, etc.....I didn't listen to them but I clicked on some presets and looked at the effect chains which were interesting....I'll definitely listen to some of these next time I have a project up...I liked the brightness of Alicia's Keys piano too....There is just so much content here it's hard to go wrong.....moon

GR5 is really more like the NI effects processing suite. It has the vintage compressors and solid mix series for a start.

You also get Traktors 12 in there which is all the DJ style creative effects from Traktor for example.

No, thank Cthulhu, they finally made the solid mix series and vintage compressors standalone VSTs. Opening them in Guitar Rig was a super stupid way to use them and they got a lot of complaints about it. Traktor's 12 are still in there which is dumb, but they're not that spectacular anyway.

Really enjoying my install so far! I love Damage, the Scarbee Rhodes, Session Strings (Motown Mode is excellent), Alicia's Keys and the Funk Guitarist (who knew that would be useful). Haven't really dug into the compressors yet but Softube is usually good, look forward to A/Bing them with my Waves and Sonar equivalents.

Oh I already had it before but I think Driver is great too. IIRC it was NI's Christmas Gift to Maschine owners last year.

Pretty sure your not going to "forget"....

....I'd say NI got rid of all their inventory on this sale at this price.....I know it was only a matter of hours after I placed my order that it said not in stock and this was on Black Friday so it went fast.....moon

Are they going to extend the offer even though they are out of stock? Like I stated above the software is great even at the full price.

I've noticed the website now says "Product box: Ships in 1-2 business days.", So I don't know what's going on there. I haven't had any further e-mails yet.
I was originally hoping to have it for christmas as I'll be away with just my laptop.

It's a shame they don't make some of the non-sample based products available to download.

Doesn't appear to be on sale any more.

I have all the BlueTubes and honestly I don't like or use them a whole lot.
They're nice to round out a collection if you don't have much yet, I suppose.
I don't know their other products.

One little problem I had was that the 64-bit VSTs are in the Native Instruments folder, which must be added to the list in Cubase to get the 64 bit versions. I got crashes from the vst bridge trying to run the 32 bit versions in low latency before I figured that out.
