Interesting thread. I am actually thinking of replacing my Kronos 61 with the Px-5s as i miss the full size piano keyboard and this is the only one that will fit in the space i have.
I am only using my Kronos as a controller for Logic and a few of the sounds...waste of all that power really.
question for Privia PX-5S users who own a Kronos

I feel my Kronos is overkill I use about 0.5% of its power to play mostly a piano layered with a strings pad and an occasional basic organ to drone in some songs. I'm wasting all that potentialsplinters wrote:Interesting thread. Amazing keyboard but, because i use Logic to record audio and the inbuilt soft synths i feel like I am using a Ferrari to drive around a golf course...
