Routing to discrete audio outputs

I'm trying to route signal to discrete audio outputs in combination and program mode. As per the manual, I've successfully done this via the IFX window. However, I've only been able to route signal pre-FX, not post-FX. Additionally, I've not been able to successfully route voice within a combination to independent outputs, and have only been able to send the entire combination to a single outputs pair.

1. How can I configure a combination and or program to send to an audio output post-FX?

2. Within a combination, how can I configure the unit to send to several different discrete outputs?

Common>IFX>Insert FX

it shows all of the IFX and you can also chain IFX's in there and set the send levels to MFX 1 and MFX 2. The default output bus for each IFX is L/R. You can change it to one of the Aux outputs there.
