Why is FM coming from Knob 5? Didn't assign anything to it.

Post by kronosuser3407 »

Hey guys, as the title says, why does FM volume increase when I turn knob 5?
I did not set it as an AMS source to anything and I changed the engine then changed it back to the original engine it was but the problem is still there. Anything I could do?

Is your control surface in Tone Adjust mode? Check your control surface page.

Anything you can do? How about some more info. Is this a Combi or a Program? Which one? Are you running the Kronos stand alone or as part of a DAW? Is anything else connected to the Kronos? Running the latest OS? anything else you can think of. By FM do you mean frequency Modulation like a vibrato or tremolo? Or FM like a DX7 patch? A Program or Combi number with Bank would be a good place to start.
