MIni Kaoss Pad 2 crashes every single time

Hello to the forum and accept my apologies if i do anything wrong, since i am new member and this is the first topic.

I registered in order to ask about a problem regarding my brand new Mini Kaoss Pad 2 which crashes every single time since the 1st day i bought it.

The biggest problem though is that i need much time to switch it on... it sim ply doesn't! (no matter if takes power from batteries or ac adapter). After 5 minutes of much attempt it finally switches on, and after 2-3 minutes of use it crashes.

The Pad is brand new and hadn't had any damage (like falling on the floor... NOTHING LIKE THAT).

Had you ever had any similar problem and do you have anything to suggest?
