Error: the system update was not succesful

Hi everyone. I tried to upload my kronos x(2.0.6) to latest version 3.0.2. I did it step by step by manual. i clicked on Update system software button and this message shown. Before putting the data on sub stick i formated that stick...i don´t know what to do. Any tips will be apprecieted.

First thing I would try is to use another USB stick and format it on the Kronos and double check that you copied all of the files inside of the update folder to the USB stick. If this does not work possibly the download was corrupted so I would try re-downloading it. Hope this solves the problem.

Yes the USB stick itself, even if properly formatted, may not be up to the task. There have been many reports on the Forum where the problem was solved by using a different Flash Drive. They encountered the same problem you did.

There´s a option in format menu: quick format/fat 16, full format/fat 32. Can you advice what is recommended ?

use quick format , fat 32
