Get it from ebay. I puchased 2 there recently, the first cost me $35 with shipping and came with 4GB of RAM and the second cost me $40. Both were new in box.
If your unit is powering up, I would do a little testing with the motherboard first. Mine failed but would not power up. Can you take a picture of the error message?

If you absolutely can't find DM510 you can use the Intel DM525 (also discontinued but newer). You'll need new RAM and a new PSU though. Those are the parts from the Kronos X. I don't know if we've had confirmation yet that you can use the newest (Kronos 2) ASROCK board so I wouldn't recommend it. If you have any Korg libraries that require authorization they will be lost because they are tied to the ethernet card ID.
But definitely troubleshoot more, usually in the case of mobo failure it won't boot at all.

When I ordered my PSU, I was told they are the same for ALL Kronos, there's just an adapter to use it with the 525 or the newer ASROCK board. I didn't check further on the adapter as I decided to hunt down a 510.SanderXpander wrote:If you absolutely can't find DM510 you can use the Intel DM525 (also discontinued but newer). First off - I would not yet assume that the motherboard is the problem.Edson Caetano wrote:Hi People

An authorized service center might first try looking at *all* connections - not just on the motherboard - as well as the power supply and all related power connections.
If that does not help, they might try placing the motherboard in a spare computer enclosure. This would help them to see if the motherboard is in fact the problem. If it was in fact not working properly, they might try re-flashing the BIOS, using the BIOS firmware available from Intel.
See my signature for a list of all Korg Distributors, world-wide, who can put you in contact with an authorized service center.
