Full of charm, what a setup!!
If I'm not listening to music, or if I'm not making music, then I'm probably thinking about music.

Volca Sample, FM, Beats, Kick. OP-1, Monologue, Pocket Operators. And an ipad.

I gave the Event Recorder another go on this track, it worked perfectly with no grinding to a halt halfway through playback. Maybe it doesn't like recording incoming MIDI data at the same time as recording the actual performance?

I also "engineered" quite a few pattern changes into this too. I found that you have to make sure that any sustained parts or parts that use delay IFX are muted a few beats before the pattern changes, then transitions are mostly very smooth. It's not an ideal state of affairs, but it means i can use the E2 almost in the way i had hoped i could. So i'm happy!!

Anyways, here's some dub...

Interesting sounds going on there, apapdop! So did you record this into the event recorder and then export, or did you run the event recorder and overdub? Just curious.

Thanks for checking it out roblabs. This was recording into Event Recorder, then hooking the E2 into my ipad and recording the audio of the Event Recorder playing back.

ok cool, thanks! You should make a dub of this dub by playing around with the event recording! I myself have yet to really make use of the ER...

I have some vocal samples in my ESX-1 of Bunny Lee talking about how dub started which i plan to soak in FX and drop in and out along with the E2 performance.

Here's a brief demo of a track I'm working on, EMX2 only, export via internal SD card, sequenced in Live, no effects or mixing/equalising, just normalised before exporting.

Another jam captured by the Event Recorder then recorded into Auria for a bit of mix compression/limiting. Light... Fluffy... etc...

First real project with the electribe2. It's an ambient/ slow building track inspired by Aphex Twin / Plastikman.
