New OS anytime soon?

What's wrong with the latest OS 1.2 version, anything missing ?

Things I expect in the new OS.
1-If the mute button for tracks (touch) is bigger, it will be helpful during live play. Now it is not that responsive.
2- An output to PA 'mute' button (GLOBAL > AUDIO & EQ > MP3 SPEAKERS >Sound Output to PA-Mute)
3- The ability to play both Midi songs and Styles together like those possible on Yamaha PSR S-710& 950(as I used to use it)
4-Add synchro Start/stop feature to Assignable button 1&2
5- Add sustain(sound) feature to assignable button (if possible make the tempo lock button to perform sustain effect also(as it is the least used button-I never used it)

I guess that is one of the reasons why there are different models. Most of those you can do in the PA 900. I can imagine that evrything would be possible in the PA3X. Sorry.
Coming to a PA600 near you, doubtful. But you never know.

I've noticed that thing about the mute buttons, well lots of things where you have to touch the screen once to get the focus maybe then touch it again to actually hit the mute button.

Seems like what's happening.

Mute button can be assign to ASSIGN SWITCH for tracks in Style mode, Sounds Mute (uppers and lower) has 2-way touch control, the one on side I think is big enough to be use on screen .
In song play mode we got 2 times 8 tracks, can't imagine to make them bigger.
Maybe developers upgrade OS to possibility to control mute via midi message, then we can use external controller if we have to.
But again like Snorkum said, everybody knows Pa600 is stripped of controls, that's why is much cheaper, for somebody like have everything Pa3x is better option.

One more- Change position of (seeking) song in MP3 Player by pressing forward or backward button, without stopping the currently playing track.

Seeing that the pa4 has a function to record and playback chord progressions, an update to the os should be able to do this also on the pa600 seeing that the screen is big enough... Question is wheter korg will be willing to share this function with the lower end keyboards..

I have found a way to do that, requires a Midi cable (for loopback)

It may sound funny, but I would like to have a parameter to start a PAD for a particular variation. Example: Start PAD1 with variation 1, start PAD2 with variation 2. Maybe a choice to automatically start any PAD with any variation !! Possible ???

There's no official statements or even rumors of Korg giving another update for any of these instruments including the PA3x.
