How can i find the Locking code?

Hello. I just got my Kronos back from the service, and because i had a problem with my keyboard they loaded the dvd disks which came with my kronos. They stated that now i have to use some kind of Locking code, and they told me that random volume decreasing and increasing is because the code is not activated. Does anyone know how I can do that?

Thats a head scratcher ( for me).

I know about launch codes. But not " locking codes".

Sounds service technical. Sort of flattered that your service outfit believes we have that knowledge.

If no one has a suggestion, you should knock on the door of Korg Product Support. Or you could try that now.

Its fine, i got it figured out. Its actually called reauthorisation file.
