How Do I Make Mix Volume Sliders Available to Midi Learn?

I have easily been able to use the 8 knobs to the left of the Kronos Screen to be recognized when using Midi Learn on a plugin on my DAW. However, no Plugin seems to recognize the mix volume sliders which I would like to map to various parameters in my DAW and plugins. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Is there a setting(s) somewhere that I am missing that need to be tweaked?

Hi there,

Depending on the selected mode and control assign chosen, Kronos controls will send different MIDI-CC or SYSEX messages. If your DAW cannot recognize SYSEX, you could use a MIDI mapper to translate unrecognized messages into other things compatible with what your DAW expects. For example, the MIDI-OX freeware can achieve such things and be quite useful. The Kronos also offers a fully configurable EXT control mode, it all depends what you want to do.

I second what KK suggested.

Just push the control assign EXT button (under the AUDIO button).
Then everything will send CCs so you can use MIDI learn in your DAW.
