Need help with factory sample sound

How do I reinstall the factory sample sound on the pads? All the factory sample sounds were lost after I set the factory sound from the rom. Tried to reinstall from preload PCG but couldn’t.

Did you follow the instructions precisely as they are specified in the Manual?

The system settings are locked so you have to unlock them in global before the reinstall

1) Power Off.
2) Remove the SD card from the slot.
3) Power On.
