Public ID for registering my Oasys?

Public ID for registering my Oasys?
I bought my Oasys a year ago and never got around to registering it. I'm trying to do that now at Korg User Net. One of the required field of information in the registration is "Public ID". I have no idea what that is. It is evidently different from the serial number for my instrument. Does anyone know the answer? Thanks.
