This may be a dumb question with an obvious answer, but can't find that answer so here goes:
--say I'm performing live, I want to go in deep and tweak a patch that is playing via edit select 1/2 knobs. I tweak the patch, and then I want to get back to the standard program 1-8 select (not necessarily to change patches, but just to exit the "edit mode")
Whenever I exit the edit mode (generally I just push the program 1-8 number that my patch was on), there is a HUGE sound dropout of 1-2 seconds. That kills a live performance and I wanted to know if there is a way around this. Mind you I'm not hitting save or writing these edits, just wanted to get deeper in the mod matrix while a latched arp is running.
It seems like once you enter edit mode...there is no easy way back...
Thanks for your insight.

Re: MIcrok: Possible to exit patch editing WITHOUT sound dro
This sounds uncommon - I've never experienced this issue on any of the 4 microkorgs I've played. Wish I could help.schmidi wrote:Whenever I exit the edit mode (generally I just push the program 1-8 number that my patch was on), there is a HUGE sound dropout of 1-2 seconds.
