Recently, I get no sound (actually it sound like HUGE tube overdrive, but at EXTREMELY low volume) out of the right speaker in both the headphone jack and the RIGHT output. So, I figure it's NOT the jack, becuase having TWO jacks go out at the same time is a MASSIVE coincidence. Anyway, when I plug my headphones into the LEFT output, I get sound in the HARD LEFT speaker. That's normal. Then I plug it into the RIGHT output... VERY quiet, and crunchy and broken sounding. Not cool. It's the same with headphones. Left is fine, right is aweful. I have had to make my recordings and jams in MONO and that's no fun. After about an hour of straight playing and warming up, the EMX comes back to life with both ears working well. But also, as a side note, the LCD screen gets darker orange than usual.
Now, I got this thing used, so that's why I think it's the tubes. I haven't tried swapping them around yet, becuase I don't know if that would make a difference. I'm just wondering if this is fixable with tubes or not.
Oh yeah, and since I got it the slider next to the ribbon controller hasen't done jack squat. Which sucks a TON becuase that slider does some AWESOME stuff according to the manual!!
But, that isn't becuase of the tubes, I know that... or is it?Help!
