Korg OASYS four cds

greetings hello friends I am new here but this forum to accompany several times, and learned a lot here about various issues korg intend to share many thanks ...

I have an OASYS 88 ... I'm from Brazil, then i bought my OASYS in the USA ....
I need urgent the 4 cds (my OASYS caught) ... I no longer have the CDs because of a possible change of residence I lost my recovery cds 4 ....

already got in touch with the korg usa support they told me they could not help me because I am not located in the USA, I contacted the korg here from Brazil and they have 4 cds for the OASYS could not help me I'm lost ...

OASYS need repair my hard disk has the problem ... I'll have to replace the hard disk ... so I need the CDs ..

if you have a good friend of heart to my aid in this problem and can make images of four CDs and do an upload for me ... I would greatly appreciate it ..

I only put my OASYS back to work .. because I am very concerned about this situation with my keyboard .. already very grateful and thank you ...

Perhaps that is something Dan can help you with. I am sure if you are a legitimate owner then they will be able to help. Did you buy the OASYS second hand, if so the seller should transfer the ownership to your name so that you can get access to korguser.net website and will also be able to download the latest manuals updates etc. I dont think the 4 cds are available to download though, so I think best thing is to speak with the people you bought the O from and/or wait for Dan or another Korg member to assist you.

You should be able to get support from someone.

I would suggest contacting Korg Brazil and tell them Korg USA would not give you support. Also tell them you only need a copy of the 4 OASYS CDs.

I think it is highly unlikely that you would be able to pursuade any Oasys owners to copy the 4 discs for you. Certainly as far as I am concerned refusing to copy is the only way I can help to ensure that no stolen Oasys keyboards are activated, especially if you "no longer have the CDs because of a possible change of residence"....

Not suggesting for one minute that the Oasys is question is stolen, but I would very much hope that assistance from Korg is the only way to get replacement discs.

Perhaps you didn't fully explain to support at Korg USA that you purchased the unit in USA? If that's the case, Korg USA should be offering support, I would have thought.
