Tom Coster Leads

Post by marcdeben »

Hi there, I too have bit the bullet and bought a Kronos 61 #1790. Still have my Triton Classic 61 which I have taken out all the EXB's, Scsi, and Moss Board and sold on Ebay. So I am left with a stock Triton for which I only use for lead sounds. I would like to sell this also and only have one board but I can't seam to find any sounds simular to the Tom Coster leads for the triton. I use the patch Knob1 TC Lead a real lot and control Knob1 with the foot controller. Great for soloing and double leads with the guitar player. Has anyone converted any of these leads to the Kronos as I believe the PCG's are not compatable? I tried doing it myself but my programming skills are terrible at best :)
Any help would be most greatful!
Thanks
Marc

I tried that link but it didn't work for me. Might be because I'm on my iPad?

Here inToronto,we have a highway called the 404. Most of the time it's just jammed up with too much traffic. I guess 404 means, you can't get there from here!

Sorry folks this was an old post the I just added to. This link is no longer active. However, you can find the PCG called Leads in the Triton download section of this forum (near the bottom). They are very useful leads, for me anyway, and I would like to have a Kronos version so I do not need to lug along the Triton. They are all nice and fat and cut well live. There is one especially nice sound called Knob1 TC Lead it is very guitar like with a Wah that is controlled with the expression pedal. I tried messing with the ones in the kronos but I coudn't get them to have the same warmth and expression as the Triton. I am sure it can be matched but this is out of my programming abilities.
Sorry about the dead link.
