NAMM/Editor/?
I know it's been hashed to death, but..
With NAMM just shy of a week away, I was wondering if the editor will be released before or the day of or after?
If not, then I guess we can surmise there must have been some very serious road blocks.. Any thoughts?

I'll be there, so as soon as i know, i'll post something, granted that the internet connection is working at the Anaheim Convention centre, which is rarely the case... But with the speed of communication now, we'll all know at the same time!!

I heard somewhere that breaking the cone of silence and talking about the plugin activates the Kronos auto-self-destruction mechanism. Sometimes the mechanism fails and just prevents startup.Lou wrote:I know it's been hashed to death, but..

mmmmm a new thread re the editor! well my 2 cents worth is and I hope it's right, is that someone in the marketing dept at Korg thought it's a great idea to release it an Namm, will give it more impudise and wow factor.
I'd like to say that the waiting list and fans raving about the Kronos made that totally unesessary, and all it's doing is pissing us off waiting for it. Can you please release it? and if not tell us why, it was part of the purchasing decision and was illuded to be available very quickly at or after the release of the Kronos

Making music is a passion, not a choice of lifestyle
Can't imagine the Kronos editor being part of Korg's activities at NAMM.
The editor has already been 'launched' (at winter NAMM last year along with the Kronos) and NAMM is all about new stuff. The editor isn't new at all - it's just not been delivered yet.
It will be interesting to see what Korg actually introduces to the market. I have a hunch they will be a bit quieter this year...

I can imagine most of the development work has delays (such as the editor) and also OS1.5 has taken a lot of development time so there will not be much resources left (or have been left) for new developments.cello wrote:Can't imagine the Kronos editor being part of Korg's activities at NAMM.
