A few words of advice:

1) Try to pan and equalize the different channels, and normalize the track so you don't get distortion and clipping.

2) Use compressor on the separate channels to get a better bass punch, and then run a compressor+limiter on the master.

2b) Incorporate sidechaining so you get a pumping sound when the bass kicks.

3) Check out online resources for acapella's and other (trance) vocals. Beatport and Juno sell reasonably priced DJ tools.

4) Use shadow tracks to follow the typical trance patterns. It's a good way of practicing the music genre you are trying to master.
