EMX1-SD won't turn on

I bought this EMX1-SD unit on ebay about a month and a half ago. The first time I tried it, it worked fine. I finally got to sit down and try it again after a while. It won't turn on. I just see the screen flash orange and off. Anyone know what the issue is?

Try replacing the fuse in the external PSU adapter. If that doesnt help it may be the internal fuse in the unit itself needs replaced.
