Syncing non MIDI devices with the aid of a computer?

Is there a way to hook up MiniPad and/or the Koassilator2 into a computer, have it interpret the BPM and then use it as a master for MIDI sync into other devices?

For example; Kaossiltoar2>MiniKaossPad2>computer(using Ableton or FL studio)>MiniKorg or any other type of Midi compatible device.

Does this make sense? Does anyone know first hand if it would work? I enjoy the Kaoss line but I'm kinda stuck here as far as syncing opportunities since it is not MIDI compatible. Someone should know a loophole if there is one.
