Post by chocho »

Hi, I just got my very first instrument- Krome.
I just know nothing about this thing, so i have a question.

i was playing several keys at the same time with the damper pedal,
and i hear some other notes .. I mean like, i was playing C (do, mi, sol) a couple of times and i could hear other notes like re/fa or whatever they are together.

what should i do to have clear sound?
(i'm sorry for my poor english)

Thanks,

Using the damper pedal in Combi mode can keep notes on so you can use both hands to play another voice, if your using combi mode that could be what's happening but even in Program mode you may be disabling the note offs of any notes you're playing while activating the damper pedal. I've never used pedals myself so I can't really speak from experience but hopefully if the problem persists a more experienced Krome user may be able to give you more detailed help.
Hope this has been helpful, good luck!

You mentioned disabling the note offs and does it have to do with any settings on my krome?
and i found a new problem which is the keys are off the pitch especially the lower keys. the pitch of the keys sound little different from what it should be. do you have any idea whats going on with my krome??
