Although I have yet to purchase my PA3x I have yesterday bought a used convertible laptop to display pdf sheet-music (full notation).
The model is a Lenovo Thinkpad x201 Tablet.
The great feature of this laptop is that its fully fold-back 12.1" screen has a 16:10 (and not 16:9) aspect ratio. In portrait mode it can display full notation score in real size.
This model is an upgrade to the one in the video as it has an i7 2.1GHz processor, and the touch screen is multi-touch allowing two finger sizing and page turning.
I have also bought a docking station, which has a cd/DVD burner, so that I can leave it permanently connected and just lift the x201 off to use elsewhere. This has a Displayport video out which if I want can be converted to HDMI.
I may have to buy a separate music stand if the PA3x plastic music holder is not strong enough.
A foot operated page turner may be useful in case Acrobat Reader does not allow screen swiping.

If anyone is using this set-up I would be pleased to read their comments.

The x230 has a 16:9 screen and not my 16:10 aspect. Your portrait pdfs would be sideways squashed
