Yes that should work fine.
It's a SATA3 drive, but as always they have no problem reverting to the SATA2 Speeds of the KRONOS motherboard controller.
If your considering installing this instead of the factory drive, I wouldn't recommend doing that. It's far easier to just install it as a second drive.
