Projecting Kronos Screen

Post by crazylounyc »

I search and didn't find too much info about projecting the Kronos screen to an external monitor.

Question: What will be the best way to project the screen to an external monitoring source?

I have no problem with 99 percent of the options, but the Track View is a killer on the eyes when editing.

somewhat of a recollection- you will see the same size on a tablet, Pc, no matter what.

Maybe with a tablet, you can angle it better. Again, don't quote me, as many have tried to find a better solution. I think you will get some responses soon.

Any solution is probably better than what I'm working with now.

Wow, this might work. Hmmm.

do you know if they make something like this except it has a usb camera? So it can be projected to a Big screen TV or a big computer monitor?

Thanks a whole bunch. I thought I was good at searching but I didn't think of these. Those lumens are awesome, but Im not trying to spend 300.00 on this thing. I'm not completely blind yet. hahaha. Thanks for the time you took to research it.

I'm sure I can find the right candidate now.

I bought a 2x Magnifier from my local Office Depot, $9.99

The super tiny piano tick marks on the Karma GE tab have always bugged me

this magnifier helps ' some ' . i will have to craft some kind of border to raise it 3 or 4 inches above the LCD. Even so, it will be in the way, when I need to use a stylus on the LCD.

It did not help much with some of the tiny words on the LCD.

Plus I have to be almost perfectly above this magnifier for a clear view.

I think korg should put some coding in their system to allow you to stream your views to and external usb monitoring device. I know it sounds crazy, but im sure its possible. All you have to do is tick an option in the general setup and it will active an internal driver. It doesn't even have to be midi enabled or anything. you will still have to use the built in LCD for navigating and functions.

maybe the next " Kronos " will have this. it would make total sense. I don't know much about 'programming costs ' but hopefully it can be worked in
