IPad as MIDI keyboard for KPro

Made this video to show my iPad as a midi keyboard for my KPro. Using the MIDI Designer app as it allows you to have one Supercontrol with many Subcontrols which activate the 3 necessary CC values (Pad On, X axis, Y axis). Next step will be to send a MIDI note to the app with a hardware controller for a more natural playing style, but I don't have one......yet. That note will activate the Supercontrol which activates the 3 Subcontrols.

I'm a drummer, so just learning a little about synths and keyboards. Thus, don't mind the simplistic melodies and most likely out of key stuff. Enjoy!

Hi I just downloaded the mididesigner app but however I can't find the keyboard layout. I only have like the cross fade ,buttons,knobs, etc. How did you get the key board interface?

Hello! I've manage to setup the keyboard for the midi designer and it works, however after doing all the settings, i realized I can only send one MIDI message through to the kassilator at a time. How do I sent MIDI messages to the kaossilator simultaneously like you did in your video by pressing 4 keys at once if i were to create a few other buttons?

Can your midi designer be set to where instead of sending midi notes you send a single CC but each can have it's own unique velocity and release value? Also you will need a free key or pad as a toggle for another CC

Cos really this is the only way it is going to happen.
