Korg KRONOS MOSS Board, instead of 1 we got 2 Now!
Yes, you can run 2 MOSS Boards next to each other, in an Initialized EXi
Program...you can have 2 AL-1 or MOD-7 which what the MOSS exactly was.
I had a friend's Triton Extreme with MOSS today all day just to confirm my self.
Sounds are totally replicable by programming (which i did) but in here is a way
different story...compared to a Triton plus this can run 2 of Those.

I'm not even sure where to start on this one...
I'll let the MOSS purists start and I'll add as necessary.

Now if we gonna discuss what was Warm and whats Cold and what kind of
Outputs Triton or Z1 had its a different story, i am talking strictly about
algorightms and parameters...it is exactly as it is but doubbled. As for MOSS
Board purists i spent most of my music career working ONLY and solely with
Prophecy and MOSS Board, didnt spend much time with Z1 itself. And i dont
mean WORKING as playing live but STRICTLY programming, never ever have
i played LIVE with a MOSS Board od Prophecy.

No, I was referring to the fact that the KRONOS doesn't contain everything that the MOSS board contained. Not everything from the MOSS card is modeled in the KRONOS.

As far i can see there is no Bowed and Brass Model, now, if you are talking
about the Piano and Organ and few other Models they are already in the EXis.
Brass or Organ or Piano e tc...But as far as Analog Models, VPM and everything
else from MOD-7 that was on MOSS is there.

You're both right.
MOSS was an offshoot of the algorithms from the original OASYS project.
1. standard analog
5. ring modulation
6. cross modulation
7. sync modulation
All of these are done simultaneously, and much better I might add, in the AL-1.
2. comb filter
12. plucked string model
These are covered (and much more) by the STR-1.
3. vpm
This is covered (and much more) by the MOD-7.
8. organ model
This is covered (and much more) by the CX-3.
9. EP model (no samples)
This is covered by the EP-1 - which, btw, uses synthesis - not just sample playback.
4. resonance
10. brass model
11. reed model
13. bowed string model
These last four techniques are not included in the KRONOS.

I bet the filters don't sound similar. I much prefer the Moss' filters over even the Radias filters for example. Moss filters have a lot more beef to them.
Regards the synthesis models, the biggie the Kronos lacks over Moss is the Brass modelling. The brass models on the Moss are superb.
Still no flexible sub-osc like the Moss, either. You wouldn't believe how much of a difference that little sub (effectively a third osc) made.
The Bowed synthesis I could, personally, live without.
Those aside, the Kronos can do the rest, parameter wise. We thrashed all this out a long time ago, just after NAMM with Dan, I think.

Dam I was wondering if the MOSS was some how built into Kronos because of the brass sounds, they are Soooooooo fine.

Perhaps Korg will release a stand alone replacement Radias, Moss, Z1 synth to counter the JP 80 - that would be awesome.
Since the Radias is discontinued, Korg dont have a synth in this line to compete with its competitors.
