Look at the kick and clap kick and clap wav-files in an editor, there may be a gap before the actual sound start.

I use AudioMove v1.20 to change bitrate, width, quality, and convert from stereo to mono (Split Multi-Track Files) on entire sample-sets at once. This reduces the size of the wavfiles. Audacity if I need to cut out samples and trim ends smoothly. Electribe Sample Manager is my preferred tool, but ...

There are two bugs on the e2s that are quite serious. #1 Sometimes when I have played a pattern for a while it starts stuttering, the drum rhythms goes out of control with notes that does not exist. It goes away by changing pattern. #2 Sometimes it refuses to start playing when pushing the play ...

Try updating to the synth latest version instead. KORG knows people have been doing the firmware swap and if you are lucky it is looking for the correct version. If it still does not find the file make sure it is in the right folder. Or see if it accepts the 1.19 version.

You have to hold Shift and turn the main knob to change pattern when it is like that.

Press Menu/Enter
Go to GLOBAL PARAMETERS
Change this setting:
PTN. CHANGE LOCK
Off
Then press Write to save the settings.

It is possible to do this with the setting TRIGGER MODE Seq 1st. It's really cool. Otherwise a Midi Filter could probably do it.

There is a global setting about how the trigger mode works. If you set it to "Seq 1st" it will play the first note of the first bar. Record a note which seems correctly tuned in keyboard mode. Then go to sequence mode and press the red lit pads in the sequence to make them inactive. Electribe will ...

Hi, you have to press Meny/Enter, go to DATA UTILITY, and then EXPORT ALL SAMPLE. It will create a file called e2sSample.all which is loaded upon startup. If you don't want to use the factory samples anymore (they take up lots of space/time) you may want to download an empty e2sSample.all file and ...

Thanks for the response.
Yes, but you will only be able to play part one unless the keyboard can change which MIDI channel it sends notes to... Apparently there is no master-keyboard functionality.

Reduced startup time

Reduced the time required to load samples when the memory card contains an exported "e2sSample.all" file at startup. I updated to version 2.02 a minute ago. Before I did so I messured the time it took to load all samples (I have 400 drum sounds and 60 seconds free). I clocked it at 48,3 seconds ...

If one have the electribe connected to a DAW or hardware sequencer there may be a MIDI feedback loop occuring. The electribe is lacking a "Local MIDI Off" functionallity. But playing the keyboard/trigger/chord on a part with OSC: Audio In to control other parts may solve this. Unless it's a new bug ...

The sound continues seemingly uninterupted (if Amp EG is off), and there is some humming overtones, pulsing in and out. The characteristics of this changes when turning the Edit knob.

What bug did you get? I have not yet updated to the OS version with pattern chainig.
