The S2 was what I was hoping Korg was building, a mini/monologue with a patch bay, though I suppose they thought been there done that with the MS20m.

Which brings us back to the hybrid. VA oscillators with analogue filters and amps. Or, to bring in the DS-8 concept, FM operators for the oscillators and analogues for the rest! I like 'em both. When will Korg be able to license Ensoniq's tech and make a Volca ESQ? Or a Monologue with wavetable ...

Get into global edit mode, 4th page, and turn off "En Rx Transport". When you hit play in your daw, you will receive clock regulary but sequencer won't start playing. Cheers! Another "wish"- when you save a sound I wish it would show you the name of the sound that's already in the location you're saving it to. For instance, if you save to sound #184, you have to hope you're not overwriting your favorite patch. Dude, that's a good one! I've thought about the same thing ...

I was thinking along the same lines but with an L shaped piece of brass or copper rod.

A minor tweak would make me very happy... when you are writing a program, the name of the destination slot should be displayed as well as its number. Add my thanks and praise for the Monologue... Just keep one slot free for writing to I use 100, once saved you can search for the slot you finally ...

Just dug my 707 out and it clocked perfectly :shock: Tried to make it lose step by going from lowest bpm to highest by rapidly turning the tempo knob, but it stayed rock solid, something I really was not expecting. Been having great fun dropping random rim shot steps and getting amazing poly rhythms ...

Have you tried boosting or attenuating the triggers?
People have had the same problem with the Beat Step Pro and found the signal too hot and had to attenuate it.
