Good luck with your plans No point in keeping an arranger if you need a workstation as your main board even though the pa4x has some excellent workstation functions. Personally I think Yamaha have a fair way to go yet in terms of arrangers. I loved yam up to my 6700 but my 910 and Tyros just did ...

Sold my PA 4X 76 key

Hey folks, I sold my PA4x today for $2650 and I think the person bought this got a great deal. Feel a little bad don't regret it and going to my Motif XF as a main instrument. I think PA4x is a great arranger for the features but I could just not make myself switch from motif / psr setup. There are ...

Re: Player support

The one thing I see on the Yamaha arrangers that I don't see on the Korg arrangers is the depth of user support. Not Yamaha supporting users, but users supporting other users. There is a huge number of styles created by Yamaha players that are shared, generally for free, with other players. Perhaps ...

50% of KORG PA users are from Balkan countries (Turkey, Greece, Albania, Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Romania) and 50% other countries around the world... :D There's definitely a lot of users from Balkans. Korg definately captured the ottoman empire!

I have been on Yamaha forum for years and most of my questions on PSR and Motifs were answered by either musicians or Yamaha product experts. And the answer was always educational and explain in detail why stuff worked the way it did even when it was something that was clearly mentioned in the ...

Thanks for voting folks. I'm not surprised that the vote shows that Europe leads.

I wonder why this keyboard is not as widely adopted in the US.

Having casually played PA4x for the last couple of months I think it is a great arranger if you perform in live gigs. Feature wise it has got a lot. But if you are more of a home player or record at home, I think Yamaha PSR/Tyros sound better and and you may not be that demanding in that much from ...
