Re: Studiologic MP-117

...I opted for a StudioLogic MP-117 being an organist since 1969. It's been great as it's a true pedal board with plenty of midi capability. I agree, if you want a pedalboard with notes, this is the way to go. But here, I was simply answering the question of replacing 2 61-notes keyboards with a 73 ...

As an organ player, I could never consider that a 76-note keyboard could replace a double 61-note one.
In my experience, the best replacement for a multiple 61-note keyboard is the combination of a 61-note single keyboard and a well-configured FCB1010.

Re: possible to move sounds in keyboard sets

I have two separate keyboard sets. Now I want to copy one of its sounds from the beginning (with all the effects that the method has done) and transfer it to another keyboard set. In short, is it possible to move sounds in keyboard sets? If I understand correctly, you want to copy a sound from one ...

Re: KbdSet # 1 when selecting an Sb-entry

... in the video, we also understand why Korg chose -to always select Kb set #1 when calling a songbook entry -to suppress the call of a style when choosing a Kb set . That's what we could do with the performances of the previous PA series, but in a more powerful and flexible way. Genereally KbdSet ...

Re: set list

I don't want to leave holes in the SET List. On one page, I want to save posts for 1 song, Intro, verse 1, refrain, verse 2, refrain, etc. saved for each one, the correct txt so you don't have to scroll through the text. If 8 entries are enough for this, 4 more will be left, and I can't go to the ...

Re: set list

have you seen this set list and how it works ..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lovFBbQUxOU SET List problem 1 You can only copy entries to the SET List, only from the Songbook, and not directly to the SET List. This will double the entries. If you delete a Songbook entry, it will also be ...

Re: Changing Variations on Korg Pa700?

...We hope that this shortcoming of the OS will be remedied before the current Pa700 / 1000 models are discontinued without further updates - the wait for an OS update has been too long! We hope...? Who's this "we" besides you? Considering that Korg has now produced several updates (including the ...

Re: Pa700 vs SX700

but also with Yamahas articulation is accessible to users: SA-Voices provide expressive control in real time and benefits with same playability as DNC-Voices. As you mentioned sax an example: play a C and then a D in a very legato way, you will hear the note change seamlessly, as though a saxophone ...

Re: Pa700 vs SX700

What kind of generalizing the articulation one found more powerful for realistic sounds is subjective. You're right, it's subjective. I'm just giving the opinion of someone who actually uses the instruments he's talking about and who has found that Korg's approach gives a more realistic result ...

Re: PSR-SX700 vs KORG PA700

When comparing Pa700 vs PSR-SX700 I only rated, that about the quality of the sound it can not be said one would sound better. Comparing its synthesizers - even if somewhat different technologies are used, there are no serious differences that would cause one would sound better - there are no major ...

Re: PSR-SX700 vs KORG PA700

That's only true if you're talking about the factory sounds and samples provided by Korg. However, it's forgetting that PAs contain a very powerful synthesizer that allows you to ...

Duby 2, A light switch only needs to be pressed (or toggled) one time to turn either on or off. My footswitch requires two rapid presses which apparently need to be perfectly timed. If I wait too long, it won't react at all, while sometimes it jumps two variations. If a sustain pedal does the trick ...

Your problem comes from the word in bold.
Footswitch has to be Not Latching.
