In global settings there is a choice for sequence step resolution. Is that helpful in this case?

I was using batteries at around 3/4 full. I was wrongly assuming that wasn't an issue. Acquired a power supply and tried again.

Works fine with power supply.

Hello, I am trying to update my volca sample to FW 1.42. I turn on the machine while pressing FUNC and PLAY as described in the instructions. UPdt is displayed.
